Welcome to what will become one of the biggest selection of holiday villas around! We aim to feature holiday villas from all around Europe, from some of the main providers of villas you'll find on the internet. The villas featured here will be from Villas4You, Cottages4You, James Villas and Villas To Go - like I say, a large selection of villas will be had.

The Balearic Islands: Majorca, Ibiza and Menorca

We are going to feature villas country by country, so the first villas you'll see appearing are - as the map above suggests - on the Balearic Islands. The Balearic Islands are made up of three islands Majorca, Menorca and Ibiza.

First is Majorca. Sometimes known as Mallorca. Sometimes Majorca. It's the same place - and a very popular place to take your villa holiday. Whether you want to stay close to the nightlife of Pollensa, or want to stay away from everybody for a few days; you'll find a villa on this island which suits you.

The smaller island of Menorca is popular with families and couples alike, and offers some fantastic beaches. Well worth a visit if you're looking for a bit of peace and quiet in the sun.

The third island is Ibiza. Sometimes considered a party island, Ibiza has plenty of secluded beaches and coves to take advantage of. With some lovely villas in beach and countryside settings. Although, if you do want some hectic night life, have a little look at the villas near San Antonio - that's where the party happens!

Cyprus

Good news Cyprus fans - we now feature a good selection of villas from Cyprus too. We feature villas near all the popular resorts around Cyprus: Argaka, Aghia marina, Latchi, Polis, and not forgetting the formidable Coral Bay! With villas suitable for romantic retreats, family holidays, and get-togethers for friends; if a Cypriot villa break is on the cards for you, have a little look at the villas we feature which are in Cyprus.

Canary Islands

If you're looking for some year round sun, the Canary Islands could be the place for you. Situated off the coast of Africa these four islands - Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, Tenerife and Gran Canaria - are well known for their very warm climate, making the Canary Islands a popular destination for off season breaks. If you want some pretty much guaranteed sun outside of the summer months the Canary Islands are the closest place to Britain which can deliver.

Portugal

Portugal is a popular place for a villa holiday, with pretty much all the villas being situated in the Algarve - which is positioned along the south of Portugal. If you want a good beach, a few games of golf, or just to relax in the Portuguese sunshine, have a look at the villas in Portugal we have featured. We've got smaller family holiday villas, right through to those big villas which are suitable for groups of friends who wish to holiday together. If you've got a region of Portugal you've got your eye on, try some villas in Boliqueime, Estoi, Albufeira and Vilamoura.

Turkey

Situated at the eastern end of the Mediterranean Sea you'll find Turkey. We feature a select few villa around Turkey; with villa on both the Mediterranean Sea and the Aegean Sea. Turkey boasts some lovely beaches, and great rural scenery too. With a few popular resorts such as Bitez and Bodrum providing bars, restaurants and shops. If you're after somewhere different to take your villa holiday, it's worth having a closer look at Turkey.

The Greek Islands

There are several Greek Islands scattered around the mainland of Greece, with all the islands providing a great place to take a villa holiday. Taking a dip in those crystal clear waters - and enjoying a meal at a small taverna. Sounds perfect for a villa holiday retreat. Should you fancy a drop of that Greek Island holiday experience have a look at the villas we've got featured in Kefalonia, Corfu, Rhodes, Lefkas, Zakynthos and Crete; there's villas by the sea, villas in the wooded countryside; small villas; large villas. Mainland Spain

Spain has a whole host of villa - in a variety of places. You've got the Balearic Islands of Majorca, Menorca and Ibiza - which are all located just off the south east coast of the mainland; there's also the Canary Islands of Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, Tenerife and Gran Canaria which are just off the coast of North Africa; but don't forget about the Spanish mainland itself. You can find villas in Costa Blanca - on the east coast of Spain. And Andalucia & Costa del Sol on the southern coast of Spain.

Other countries

As oranges are not the only fruit; The Balearic Islands isn't the only place to take your villa holiday in the Mediterranean.
